Service fees
1. For Sale - commission 3% (or agreed rate) of final selling price will be paid by seller.
2. For rent – commission equal to 1 month rental (for rent agreement minimum one year) will be paid by lessor.

การฝากขาย หรือเช่า ในเบื้องต้นไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าบริการจะคิดต่อเมื่อ
1. ในการขายเราคิดค่านายหน้าจากผู้ขายในอัตรามาตรฐาน 3% จากราคาที่ขายได้จริง
(หรือในอัตราที่ได้มีการตกลงกัน)
2. ในการเช่าเราคิดค่านายหน้าจากผู้ให้เช่าเท่ากับ 1 เดือนของค่าเช่า สำหรับสัญญาเช่า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
